How do we work?

In our work we based on three basic ground. 

METHODOLOGY AND WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT

  • Our colleagues work according to a methodology we have developed and we manage the based on the same.
  • Our methodology meets the ISO:9001 and 14001 quality assurance standards.

SYSTEM OF ASSETS 

  • We use energy saving and efficient assets, since by demanding less resources from our clients we can offer more to them.
  • We use environment-friendly processes to show our commitment not only to our clients, but also to all people 

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • We operate a colleague selection system to make sure only suitable colleagues are appointed to work.
  • Using our selection methodology we are able to prescreen 2000 applicants in a year and then to make interviews with the candidates.
  • We make sure our colleagues are continuously trained as well.
  • Candidates suitable for employment are specially trained and educated, and only those passing an exam and properly qualified are employed.

OUR VERIFICATION SYSTEM

  • We operate a verification system built on six levels during our work.
  • Our verification system has continuous, general and spot check points as well.
  • Controls are continuously made by high-level officials on each location during the work.
  • In the first phase of the control, a colleague performing the work controls his or her own work to ensure efficient work

1. The colleagues performing the cleaning services make a self-control right on the completion of the work on the basis of a pre-defined checklist, based on which they can make sure if they have performed the assigned duties in accordance with the requirements.

2. During the performance of the work, the shift leader continuously checks the duties just performed and the colleagues on the site.

3.  Control by the group leader is made at least once in each shift 

4. Control by the area manager is made by several times a week.

5. Special controls are periodically made by a mentor

6. Periodic controls are made by an expert and the owner.

OUR MOTIVATION AND SANCTIONING SYSTEM

  • A performance appraisal system the aspects of which are clear and pre-defined for each colleague.
  • Training and further training support in accordance with the performance.
  • Use of a system of special and wage supplements.
  • Clear regulation system and transparent employee's responsibility specification.

LAUNCHING OF A NEW CLEANING PROJECT 

  • Thorough inspection and survey of the premises.
  • Drawing of a cleaning plan on the basis of the survey data.
  • Provision for human and other resources on the basis of the cleaning plan.
  • Performance of trial cleaning on the given premises at our costs.
  • Finalisation of the cleaning plan and processes on the basis of the experiences of the trial cleaning.
  • The first day of effective work can be started with our colleagues already familiar with the location.

ENVIRONMENT AWARENESS

  • Because we are responsible not only for the quality of our work but also for our environment!
  • We use innovative chemical free cleaning processes which offer additional benefits beyond their environment-friendly properties (efficiency, drier surfaces, lower risk of slipping, simple use).

SELECTION AND TRAINING OF OUR COLLEAGUES 

  • Selection is based on the survey of changeable and non-changeable competences.
  • We prepare our colleagues for quality work in our own training system, by means of our own training materials.
  • We provide continuous further training and development possibilities for our colleagues even after their getting employed.

OUR UNIQUE SERVICES 

  • Industrial cleaning in which we also have significant experiences and proper assets.
  • Management of hazardous and industrial wastes.
  • Cleaning of facade and other not only glass surfaces without an alpine technique (up to 16 m height) with a chemical free socalled osmosis-water technology.
